Order to assess the major risk generated by wastewater effluents to human health and the environment, a qualitative and quantitative analysis of the parasitic load of the raw sewage from OuedOuislane and OuedBouishak of the city of Meknès (Morocco) was carried out. Monitoring was carried out at the main sewage collectors of OuedOuislane (CO) and OuedBouishak (CB). Thirteen samples were taken every hour, from 7 am to 19 pm during one day in December 2016 and analyzed by the modified Bailenger method and by the Faust method. For the 13 samples studied, predominant cysts of protozoa (Entamoeba histolytica, Entamoeba coli, Giardia lamblia and Blastocystis hominis). On the helminth eggs (Ascarislumbricoides, Trichuristrichiura, Enterobiusvermicularis, Ankylostomadiudinal and Hymenolepis nana, Taeniasaginata). The pests listed predict a potential impact on human health and the environment. According to this study, we could argue that the appropriate time for sampling would be between 10 AM and 11 AM.
